Pluse
The film’s major pluses are Santosh Narayanan’s brilliant music and Gopi Amarnath’s plot oriented cinematography. Santosh has scored well in delivering soulful music and the background score elevates the movie. Siddharth has excelled in both the innocent theater boy and successful superstar, Siddharth proves his versatility and gave a commendable performance in the two diametrically opposite roles. Aadukalam Naren has also shined as a theater owner and Siddharth’s manager.
The film’s climax is having a mind blowing twist which is the life of the whole movie.
Minus
The film is extremely slow in its pace and the first half moves in a snail pace, post interval the film gears up in pace but too many songs and love break-up spoil the show. The heroine’s character is so lifeless and she hardly emotes in the movie.
Bottom Line
The film might enthrall the class audiences but it won’t be enjoyed by all section of audiences, thanks to the snail paced screenplay and melodrama.
Verdict : Experimental film with slow pace
Stars : 2.5/5
