Hello Naan Pei Pesuren - A Fun Filled Horror!

REVIEW

The Tamil movie Hello Nan Pei Pesuren had been released today in the theaters. The movie is directed by S. Bhaskar and the producer of the flick is Sundar C. The movie features actor Vaibhav playing the main lead character while Aishwarya Rajesh will be seen sharing the screen space with Vaibhav. The movie seems to be a horror comedy movie written by S.Baskar. VTV Ganesh, Oviya, Karunakaran, Singampuli, Singapore Deepan also played a part of the movie. The music for the movie was composed by Siddharth Vipin.

The flick is going to be an Indian Comedy Horror movie in which a ghost enters a mobile phone and the entire story revolves behind this theme.

STORY

Vaibhav, a conman and a petty thief and his friends lead a happy life. An engaging journey begins in the lives of Vaibhav, VTV Ganesh and Karunakaran, who come together on a journey for making some fortune comes across spirit that appears from a mobile phone. The hero interacts with a ghost-spirit when he accidentally finds a ‘Horror-filled’ mobile phone.

This movie is about three friends who feel like their life should be like a party; that is fun 24/7. As all young man in the world, they too think about woman every five seconds. Life was all fun and games for them until a very pretty lady enters their life.

This woman is pretty, but she is not like other women, literally. She sometimes transforms into a scary witch. These three guys do not know what to do with her. They do not want her to leave them. But life is just not what it used to be when she is with them.

PERFORMANCE

Vaibhav Reddy, has done a good job to express fear and in humor portions. His expressions though are a tad over the top while confronting the ghost. Aishwarya Rajesh proves that she can be an out and out commercial heroine if need be. Her performance as a ghost too, is pretty impressive. VTV Ganesh and Karunakaran play an important role as the movie is more comical than horrifying.

Cinematography by Banu Murugan is good as his angles and exciting choice of tones add solidity to the film. Director Baskar of 'Naalaya Iyakunar' fame has woven an interesting screenplay around a meek storyline, for which he deserves a pat on his back. Also, editor NB Srikanth has done a neat job in keeping the movie crisp.
