Vijay Sethupathi's "Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum" hits the screens today on Friday, March 11. Kadhalum Kadanthu Pogum is about the blossoming relationship between the characters.  This film is an official remake of the South Korean film My Dear Desperado, and follows the love story of two people who are poles apart.

The actor is returning after delivering back-to-back hits "Naanum Rowdydhaan" and "Sethupathi." Both the films did well at the box office and expectations are high from his latest flick "Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum."

It has been written and directed by Nalan Kumaraswamy, who had earlier worked with Vijay Sethupathi in hit flick "Soodhu Kavvum." This factor makes the movie more special for the Tamil audience.

Malayalam actress Madonna Sebastian is making her debut in the Tamil industry with "Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum" and she has paired up with Vijay Sethupathi. Samuthirakani will be seen in an important role in the film, which has been jointly produced by CV Kumar and KE Gnanavelraja.

STORY

The Story begins with Madona leaving her town after getting a job in an IT company. But as the company goes bust, she also goes unemployed. However her prestige and ego stops her from going back to home. She immediately moves to small apartment in a low class area where she meets Vijay Sethupathi and he calls himself as a gangster.

Vijay Sethupathi helps Madona in getting a job and at one stage one of them calls her to share bed and Vijay Sethupathi beats him and ends up in jail. Due to this, Madona gets with him intimate. Slowly both of them fall into a relationship and they develop the relationship. But they part their ways and there is a surprise twist to the tale by the climax. One of the highlights of the film is that when the lead pair finally falls in love, the film ends.

PERFORMANCE

People who have watched the Korean movie ‘My Dear Desperado’ will be quiet upset for sure. Ka Ka Ka Po is a complete copy of the Korean version. Vijay Sethupathi has once again proved his passion for acting. His acting will not disappoint his fans. Madona looks good on screen, but when it comes to acting VS outshines everybody. Santhosh Narayanan has given his best. Music is such a big credit to the movie.

This Film is neither a romantic Film nor a comedy Film. It is a more matured Film. In short, it is an independent film. The film clearly says about modern day effects. There is no artificial approach. There is nothing new and unpredictable. But still this will leave a positive impact on you.
