REVIEW
 
Sivakarthikeyan's Remo is written and directed by debutant Bhagyaraj Kannan, a former associate of Sundar C and Atlee Kumar, and produced by RD Raja. The film has Keerthy Suresh in the female lead role and has KS Ravikumar, Saranya Ponvannan, Rajendran, Yogi Babu, Aadukalam Naren and others in supporting roles.
 
The movie has PC Sreeram's cinematography, Ruben's editing and Oscar Award winner Oscar Award is the sound designer of Remo. Youth sensation Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music and four songs like 'Meesa beauty,' 'Sirikkathey,' 'Senjitaley' and 'Remo Ne Kadhalan' have turned out to be chartbusters.
 
Remo has been generating a lot of positive buzz around the film from the day one. The makers have left no stone unturned to make the film a talk of the town by promoting the film at all the platforms. Hence, the Tamil flick is riding on huge expectations and releasing big in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and foreign countries.
 
STORY
 
Remo film revolves around a youngster who is an aspiring actor dream to make it big just like the superstar Rajinikanth. He goes to audition conducted director(played by K. S. Ravikumar) for his upcoming film, but he ends up with a role of a female nurse. He takes up the nurse role to fulfill his dreams of becoming a superstar.
 
Meanwhile, Keerthy Suresh plays the character named Kavya who is a doctor.The youngster obviously falls in love with the doctor.When she doesn’t accept his proposal, he decides to disguise himself as a nurse again and joins the same hospital, where she is working.
 
Did that work? Was be able to win her heart? You should watch it in the big screen.
 
PERFORMANCE
 
The performance of Sivakarthikeyan as Nurse is too good, his mannerism and makeup everything works well. The makeup is soo good on screen when compared to that released in posters. Sivakarthikeyan who was acclaimed as a pure entertainer, has shown his acting skills in this movie. He looks super cute in the nurse getup.
 
Keerthy Suresh also did a good job, her role is different from the previous Rajini Murugan. She looks even more beautiful in frame with PC Sreeram as cinematographer. The directer has user the previous ROM-COM templates giving it a fresh look in today’s standard. The villain’s role was not so pleasing, it looks too filmy, could have been handled a little better.
 
PC Sreeram’s expertise comes in handy. As usual, he has let his camera do the talking and has worked wonders even in cramped streets. The songs are already a hit and adding to the visuals it looks fantastic on screen, hats off to Anirudh. The songs are pictured very well, Vaadi En Tamizhselvi song will be talked for its visuals ! BGM was also good and increases the heroism of Sivakarthikeyan.

The movie could have reached a better place only if the director have concentrated more on the story and screenplay. There is nothing new for his movie to offer. The movie is technically sound with good performance by the artists too. But the lag in screenplay kind of spoils every positive point.
