Illavarasan runs a roadside eatery, his son Senthil aspires to become a collector. While Senthil works to clear IAS examination his father has different plans. He wants him to get married into a wealthy family to get handsome dowry to upgrade his eatery into a restaurant. But Senthil has other plans; he falls in love with Ishara and ties the knot. How Ishara, her mother Saranya and father Naren help Senthil realise his ambition to clear the civil service examination is told in an interesting manner.

Saranya as usual rocks; while the others do not make any impact.

Music is by Vijay Ebenezer and the song Manaivi Veettil Vazha poogum paiya remix is worth listening.

If you expect to see any connection between the film’s title and the story, you will be disappointed. The way the movie begins and how it proceeds does not have any links. In the name of glamour double meaning dialogues are prevalent in the film which could have been avoided.
