STORY

This is a comedy thriller movie and the story rotates around three persons having a different type of characters. Out of the three persons, one is a cop, one is a psycho and the other is the driver of the car. The movie entirely shot on a road where three different characters persons travel in a Vintage Cintessa car and are headed to different destinations. The director said that the movie had in place lot of thrilling events and incidents.

The film starts with a murder mystery. The main plot deals with how an Assistant Commissioner of Police is in the pursuit of finding the psycho killer. There is a sub plot of the film that talks about a harmless driver who aims to deliver a car on time from Chennai to Nellore but ends up getting into a tangle.

PERFORMANCE

The first half is pretty engaging while the latter half might give you a few restless moments.  Leaving aside a few flaws and logical loopholes, the script is garnished with adequate amount of thrills. Though the overall canvas of the film looks decent enough, the cinematographer could have given a little more importance to the angles. There are a lot shakes which are a little disturbing specially during the aerial shots. The Editing is good in most parts.

TM Karthik stands out with his performance. His characterization is the biggest plus for the film. The director has to be praised in extracting his potential to the fullest. Karthik Yogi does a decent job as the car driver.

Vishal Chandrasekhar’s background score is one of the standout points of the film. His music is the soul of Sawaari.
