Singam 3 - Singam is Back With a Roar!
REVIEW
Millions of Suriya's fans has awaited the release of Singam 3, with bated breath for a long time. After much delay, the Tamil movie is hitting the screens on Thursday, February 9, in India. The action-thriller is written and directed by Hari and has Anushka Shetty and Shruti Haasan in the female leads.
Raadhika Sarathkumar, Krish, Thakur Anoop Singh, Soori, Robo Shankar and a few others are in supporting roles. Neetu Chandra has done the cameo in Singam 3. While Priyan has handled the cinematography, VJ Vijay along with TS Jay has edited the movie, which has been dubbed into Telugu as Yamudu 3.
Harris Jayaraj has composed the music for S3 and songs like 'O sone sone,' 'Mudhal Murai' and 'Wi Wi Wi Wi Wifi' have struck the chord with the audience.
The movie reportedly deals with environmental issues. S3 tries to project how the West used developing countries, including India, as a dump yard. The story of Singam 3 will be told with a message without making it boring for the viewers.
This film is the third instalment in the successful Singam franchise. Suriya plays the role of fierce police officer Durai Singham while Kavya (Anushka Shetty) is his wife. Shruti Haasan is the new addition to this project and she enacts the role named Vidhya, a journalist who helps Suriya to unearth a big case.
STORY
The Story of Si3 deals with Suriya as a ferocious cop, who will take on the criminals responsible for the murder of a police commissioner and dumping global waste illegally in Vizag for the sake of getting an international order for their company. Throughout the movie, Suriya unfolds the mystery over the murder which involves an international mission. What’s the arrangement about the mission and why was the Commissioner killed frames the core of the story.
PERFORMANCE
Suriya awes everybody with stunning and amazing execution, particularly in stunt sequences. He conveys the movie over his shoulders alone. The anti’s Thakur Anoop Singh as Vitthal Prasad is the fundamental foe in the film which is similarly intense as Suriya that makes the scenes they seem all the more grasping and locks in.
Anushka as Suriya’s significant other shows up in a few scenes and melodies, and other than that her effect on the movie is negligible. However, she comes in just couple of scenes, her execution leaves movie goers enchanted. Then again, Shruti as writer, who adores Suriya uneven, has nothing to do with the movie. Her part is thin when contrasted with a film this way and even her execution is not up to the stamp. She gives visual treat in several tunes and helps Suriya in researching. Indeed, in the event that we expel her part from the film, it won’t influence the movie that much.
The theme music of "S3" is already a chartbuster, and it is expected to rule the music channels once the film hits the screens. Harris Jayaraj well tunes all the songs in this movie, and in all probabilities, it will be the favorite pick among music lovers in the coming months.
